MoJ + UK Police = IWF?

Yep, following on from the last post on the government panels having common sense, we now have another not so government panel (more "those people that can cause you a whole heap of problems") advising you contact a government panel, because they don't apparently know the law?

I've got a friend in "the force", so have fired him an e-mail to find out whats actually going on, and hopefully, get a real answer, instead of "contact the IWF" (FYI, the IWF do a fantastic job, usually, at blocking and/or taking down stuff thats illegal, so I'm not going to bash them here).
